1. Rihanna, although it may just be lighting. In several of her pictures over the years she seems to have gotten her skin lightened up a bit.
2. Beyonce is a big one. Even the Queen herself has no problem getting skin whitening procedures done ( as well a nose job)
3. Lil' Kim did it as well - but to be fair she did a LOT of surgeries.
